MUSC Registered Dietitian Co-Authors Endoscopic Risks Article

In the January 2008 edition of the Techniques in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy journal, Amy J. Berry MS, RD, CNSD, co-authored an article titled Risks of Endoscopic Enteral Access along with Dr. Mark DeLegge. This article addresses an overview of endoscopic enteral access and potential complications associated with tube placement, as well as placement of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tubes (PEG), or PEG-J, as another option for enteral access.
